Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for local orders over R2000. 

TERMS

  1. All orders shipped within South Africa are sent via local couriers. All International orders are sent via FedEx or DHL.

  2.  Customs and taxes may apply to international orders and are payable by the customer.
  3. Orders will normally be dispatched the same week and should be delivered shortly thereafter if in stock. The cost of delivery will be added to your order total before payment is taken. If the item is not in stock but rather a custom order, the timelines and delivery will be discussed personally.

  4. If your piece is by order the shipping times may vary depending on the piece to be made. This can take up to 4-6 weeks. 

  5. Tracking info and insurance will be provided with every order, though the buyer assumes all responsibility once the order has left our premises.

  6. Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed and the Nammu accepts no liability for late or non-delivery.

  7. If a package is lost or stolen, a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Nammu. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Nammu is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit. The products covered by each contract (i.e. accepted order) are at your risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Nammu cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries. 

  8. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please send an email and picture directly upon arrival to arrange a refund or replacement. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

  9. We strive to keep the stock levels listed in the online shop up-to-date, but occasional errors may occur. If an item listed as in stock is actually out of stock, we will contact you to provide an estimated time for producing a new one or offer a refund.
