Parties

1. Nammu Ceramics (Pty) Ltd, the owner and operator of the website https://nammuceramics.com/ ("Nammu Ceramics"); and 

2. The users and visitors of the Nammu Ceramics website ("Users").

1. Definitions

1. Personal information means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person, including but not limited to information relating to race, gender, sex, pregnancy, marital status, national, ethnic or social origin, colour, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental health, well-being, disability, religion, conscience, belief, culture, language and birth of the person. 

2. Technical information means information that is automatically collected by the Website and web servers, including IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

1. Jurisdiction

1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between you and Nammu Ceramics shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

2. Subject to clause 11.3, you agree that the courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
